At Soul Amulet, every piece is lovingly crafted and energetically charged with intention. We want you to feel completely aligned with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Easy Return policy – if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
🌀 Return Conditions
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, unactivated, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Include proof of purchase and clear photos of the product & packaging
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom-made or personalized items
Items that have been worn, damaged, or energetically activated after use
🔁 Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged during transit, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Photos of the damaged item & packaging
💰 Refunds
Refunds will be made to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (tracked shipping is recommended)
🎁 Gifts
If you received your item as a gift, we’ll work with the original purchaser to process the return or exchange.
