We deeply value the energy and intention behind each Soul Amulet product. Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our items, we only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
🌀 Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction

Custom-made or personalized items

Items that have been worn, used, or spiritually charged
🔁 Exchanges
We offer replacements only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at leon@soulamulet.com with photos of the product and packaging.
💰 Refunds
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping, preferably with tracking.
🎁 Gifts
Gifted items will be refunded to the original purchaser unless specifically requested.
